Regathering Guidelines

Here are some of the steps and guidelines we’re putting in place to create a safe environment here at Beechwood. Indoor gathering begins on October 4, 2020 at 10am.

  • Seating will be limited to 25% capacity 
  • Masks are required in the worship center and while moving about inside the building (masks will be provided if needed)
  • Masks can be removed once seated in the Great Room but must be worn once the service is over and/or moving about the church
  • Volunteers and staff are required to wear a mask
  • Hand sanitizers will be available at all entrances and exits
  • Coffee will be available after church. Food service will not be available, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks for church
  • Greeters will be opening and closing all entrance doors
  • The facilities team will be thoroughly cleaning the church before and after the service
  • Pews will be roped off to maintain social distancing
  • While we will not be passing offering plates, you will still be able to give online, mail in a check or give at one of our giving boxes located throughout the atrium
  • We will not be passing out our Sunday programs, Connection Cards or pens. We encourage you to download the Beechwood Church App to hear about upcoming events, get connected, and access an online Bible
  • There is a new Mother’s Room that is available during the service
  • Currently, Beechwood Kids is open for ages 0-4 years old, meeting in our nursery classrooms during Sunday services. Click Here to register
  • There will be no Beechwood Kids programming for K-5th grade. Kids are welcome and will have special resources available to keep them engaged during the service. Beechwood Kids resources will still be available weekly online
  • Middle School meets Wednesday evenings, 6-8pm
  • High School meets Sunday evenings, 7-9pm
  • MOPS will begin Ocotober Oct 6, 6:30-8pm
  • If you are suffering from any COVID symptoms (cough, fever, chills, shortness of breath, etc) please stay home and call your doctor
  • Please maintain 6 feet social distance from other attendees
